Senior Project Manager – Band 8a
Full‑time | Hybrid WorkingAre you an experienced ICT Project Manager ready to take on a leadership role supporting major digital transformation ?This position offers the chance to deliverplex, high‑profile ICT projects that will shape how services are delivered for years toe. A key focus will be driving forward the organisation’s Service Delivery Model, so experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or service transition will be a strong advantage.

What you’ll be doingIn this senior role, you will:
1. Lead the delivery ofplex ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards.
2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and develop business cases.
3. Shape and advance the Service Delivery Model for new digital services.
4. Oversee procurement and delivery with external suppliers and specialist partners.
5. Provide clear projecternance, reporting and financial oversight.
6. Manage project teams, supporting their development and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
7. Ensure best‑practice project management standards are applied throughout delivery.
8. Lead post‑project reviews and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you’ll bringTo be successful in this role, you should have:
9. Strong experience in ICT project management within aplex organisation.
10. A track record of leading significant project budgets orplex digital workstreams.
11. Experience managing and developing teams.
12. A recognised project management qualification (such as PRINCE2, MSP or PMP).
13. Excellentmunication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
14. Broad technical understanding and awareness of emerging digital solutions.
15. A full UK driving licence and access to transport (unless exempt under disability provisions).
