Job Details
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Contract: Permanent; Term Time only
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Location: Newbury, Berkshire

About the role
To support the SENCo’s and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in various aspects of the school's administrative obligations, including communication with local authorities, administration of annual reviews of EHCPs, travel arrangements, and tracking of vulnerable young people.
Main Duties
* Coordinate with Teachers, Local Authorities, EHCPs, Social Workers, and SLT on transfer education reviews and EHCPs.
* Facilitate, minute, and complete all Annual Education Reviews.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and distributed to agencies, Local Authorities, and families.
* Support pupil admissions including setting up ITAC meetings, updating class lists, and managing pupil files.
* Maintain pupil files and handle archiving.
* Organise and facilitate transport.
* Handle enquiries from professionals, parents, and others.
* Prepare reports, letters, and internal/external documents.
* Use software like Word and Excel to produce school documents.
* Perform photocopying, filing, and collation of information.
