To focus on fostering a supportive culture so that our people can deliver high quality and innovative care .A dedicated leader to manage a 38-bed elderly residential care home in Littlehampton. Please note we do not take sponsorship You will · Bring exceptional leadership; · Have confidence to lead and develop a team that delivers person-centred care every day; · Provide effective leadership and management of a dedicated staff team · Work constructively with the owner to continually raise standards. Key Responsibilities: · Lead day-to-day operations and champion a high standard of care. · Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Care Act 2014, MCA and DoLS. · Build a compassionate culture of safety, dignity, and independence for residents. · Develop and inspire a committed team, with support and clarity. · Actively engage with residents, families, and professionals. About You: · Experienced care home leader · NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent. · Detailed knowledge of adult social care regulations. · Strong people skills a great communicator who leads by example. · Experience and an understanding of the specific needs of people living with dementia. · Supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional development.
