Portering Services are looking for a motivated individual to join their small and friendly team. As a Departmental Porter, your role will be physically demanding but rewarding, challenging, and a job that makes a real difference to our patient experience and the smooth running of our services.
On a daily basis, you will use our on-site electrical vehicles for deliveries and collection of waste, delivering pharmacy items, transporting medical instruments, and gas cylinders. You will also be walking long distances at times.

The working hours for this post are 08.00 - 16.30, Monday - Friday. We offer an outstanding benefits package alongside an hourly rate of £12.51 per hour.
If required to work outside these hours, there will be enhancements for shifts worked at weekends, bank holidays, and nights (8pm - 6am), with an enhanced hourly rate on Sundays.
