Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a well known client in the Newquay area of Cornwall. An award winning Hotel is seeking a two person team from an F+B Management background, to join its team and continue the growth and success plan.
This is a unique opportunity for a F+B Management two person team professionals to have an operational influence on the smooth running of a busy establishment. The successful pair will play a key part in all front of house responsibilities, whilst leading the floor, managing guest relations, whilst having a key interest in F+B procedures, and driving a culture of high end hospitality.
The F+B Management two person team’ responsibilities will include;
* Lead by example; Maintain a ‘hands on’ presence during peak service times.
* Team Development; Recruit, train and inspire a loyal and hard working team.
* Operational Excellence; Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene are met at all times, whilst ensuring a seamless service.
* Drive Revenue; Implement creative marketing ideas, and manage costs without compromising quality.
