The Role We’re looking for a proactive Data/Business Analyst to join our team and help us make the most of our business data. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us make informed decisions, enhance operational performance, and sustain our success. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and analyse data from project, commercial, HR, estimating, and supply chain sources. Create regular dashboards and reports on business performance. Present clear and practical insights to directors and managers. Support the introduction of more standardised and automated data collection and reporting. Provide ad-hoc analysis to assist with business improvement and commercial reviews. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel ability. At least 2 years’ experience in a data, business, or reporting analyst role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data to colleagues who aren’t technical. Organised, motivated, and keen to get involved in all areas of the business. Based within a reasonable commute of Welshpool or Wolverhampton, and able to work mainly in the office to start. Qualifications Degree-level education preferred (any subject). Equivalent experience will also be considered. Desirable Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools. Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a project-driven environment.
