*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen organisation. Hours - 2 days per week on a rota bases Midweek, no weekend work required. Hours 7am to 2pm*Minimum 1 years experience required**Duties** Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.* This will include cooking of Breakfast & Brunch Menu along with prep for Breakfast, Brunch and All Day Menu for our main restaurant menu to include, sauces, sides, mains, starters, desserts as required.* Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.* Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock rotation.* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.* Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure customer satisfaction.*Skills** Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant setting, with knowledge of various cooking techniques.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.* Excellent hospitality skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.* A passion for culinary arts and continuous improvement in cooking skills.Join our team as a Breakfast Chef where your culinary talents will shine, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests!Hours from 7am to 2 pm / 2 days per week / Monday to Friday - no weekends requiredJob Type: Part-timePay: £12.50-£13.00 per hourBenefits:* On-site parkingExperience:* Chef: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
