The Digital Construction Manager Role
As a Digital Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing various Digital/BIM tasks throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from work winning and design to pre-construction, construction, handover, and soft landings.
* Collaborating closely with the project team, client team, and trade sub-contractors, maintaining regular contact with the Area Digital Construction Manager and Director for Digital Construction.
* Facilitating the integration of Digital Construction/BIM on projects, driving our digital construction strategy and business culture in alignment with our Vision and Values.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Relevant BIM qualifications or courses.
* Experience implementing BIM within the construction industry.
* Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects, and COBie.
* A natural affinity for being ambitious, dynamic, and a strong team player.
