Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Controller to join our Specialist fire prevention team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality assurance protocols. The Quality Controller will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality control measures.
Duties
* Conduct regular inspections of products throughout the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate with production staff to address quality concerns and provide training on quality assurance practices.
* Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, including recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
* Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skills
* Full training will be given to understand the principles and their application in a Fire prevention environment within 5* Hotels .
* Proven experience in quality assurance processes, preferably within a manufacturing or food production setting.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
