We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee a supported living service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for all clients. This role involves managing support workers, supervising daily operations, writing care plans, rota planning, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community. You will work in partnership with senior leadership to deliver the organisations strategic objectives within the community division.
Key ResponsibilitiesCare & Quality
* Work alongside Directors to organise and write care plans and risk assessments
* Ensure staff provide a first-class service, following organisational policies, processes, and quality systems
* Maintain strong understanding of CQC compliance standards
* Ensure day-to-day delivery of a safe, person-centred service
* Deputise for the Registered Manager when required, including on-call duties
* Ensure the service is fully staffed and resourced to meet client needs
* Support clients to access social, recreational, and community activities
