CRM Manager and Marketing Manager – Up to £65k, Office Based

Great opportunity to join a well established and expanding sales company! A brand‑new role in an exciting, fast‑growing multiband company. The successful candidate will help run the CRM and marketing and help the company get the most of the sales database. This will be an opportunity to take control, stamp their mark, and bring ideas to help the sales team and company grow.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and maintain the company's digital marketing and CRM system.
* Collect and analyse customer data, identify trends and patterns, ensure data integrity.
* Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company's CRM (HubSpot) and marketing strategy.
* Use HubSpot to store and analyse customer data to provide insights into how customers interact within the business.
* Assess the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service efforts and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
* Must be experienced in HubSpot.
* Google Analytics experience preferred.
Compensation and Location
Salary: £50k–£65k. Location: Dartford, Office based.
