About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with strong presentation skills as well as a strong technical and digital background. As a Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility is to deliver technical and strategic support throughout the entire sales cycle for both the internal sales teams as well as for partners, prospects and existing clients. You will handle some of the largest and most complex enterprise solutions in the region, requiring a broad technical skillset and excellent business acumen and insights.


What You Will Do

* Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
* Understand each customer’s unique objectives, challenges, and requirements, aligning Sitecore solutions accordingly
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and leverage Sitecore’s partner network for exceptional client support
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements
* Support the sales team with technical aspects of the Sitecore sales processes
* Enable and assist partners in the prospecting phase to deliver the best possible solution proposal
* Deliver bespoke demonstration scenarios of the Sitecore software solutions
* Develop and deliver Proofs of Concept to Sitecore prospect organizations
* Occasionally speak at events in the region
* Prototype, deliver, skin, and present solutions
* Spend a portion of your time learning and upskilling on the platform and new associated technologies and features
* Write technical answers and proposals to RFP, RFQ, RFI from prospects


What You Need to Succeed

* Experience with combining technical elements with business needs and client requirements
* Expertise at demonstrating software using a value‑based approach
* Ability to resolve complex technical issues and integrate multiple products into solutions
* Appreciation and understanding of cross‑channel digital marketing technologies
* Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timeframes
* Excellent team player, able to work closely with other technical sales and business development colleagues, while also self‑driven and able to prioritize independent work


Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

* Solid experience and understanding of one or more Web Content Management systems, eCommerce, or digital asset management systems
* Solid experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue, etc.
* Understanding of the MarTech landscape and trends, including SaaS and headless content solutions
