Senior Business Development Manager – Hotel Technology Solutions
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid Options)
Are you an ambitious business development professional with experience in hotel technology, PMS, or hospitality solutions?
Our client is a leading global provider of cutting-edge property management and hospitality software, offering innovative solutions that empower hotels, resorts, and hospitality venues to deliver an exceptional guest experience. With a strong footprint across EMEA and a market-leading platform, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
They are now looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where you can genuinely make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business sales across the UK and wider EMEA markets.
* Identify and win new hotel and hospitality clients, focusing on mid-sized to large groups.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
* Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (GMs, CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Managers).
* Articulate the value proposition of complex hospitality technology solutions (PMS, POS, CRM).
* Work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to support the sales cycle and close deals.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in hospitality technology (PMS, POS, RMS, or SaaS solutions).
* Strong network within the hotel and hospitality industry.
* Consultative sales approach with the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
* Passionate about technology and its ability to transform the hospitality experience.
* Highly motivated, autonomous, and driven to succeed.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
