Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Manager to join Bond Primary School. For this role relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record is essential. This is a key role in ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational management of the school premises.
* Manage and oversee all site and cleaning staff, including security, health and safety, and related operations.
* Manage financial processes related to site operations, redecoration projects, and ongoing maintenance.
* Ensure the school has a safe and clean external working environment.
Qualities and Experience
* Hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable and well organised, with a can-do and customer-focused attitude.
* Previous Site Management experience is desirable, with proficient maintenance and handy-person skills and project management experience.
