This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific focus on driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
* Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, support and train the team to improve confidence and performance
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement
* Manage activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough, well planned, and executed
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
* Drive revenue across membership sales, product, and secondary streams to enhance profitability
* Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to management
* Build relationships with local businesses to develop local partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities (new and existing)
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
* Assist the General Manager with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
