Offer description

An administration role with an established company operating in the property sector is available for someone with strong diary management experience. The role centres around coordinating and controlling diaries for the team who are conducting assessments out on site and so previous experience managing diaries and using diary management software, such as live diaries is key. This Diary Planner role involves: * Coordinating diaries for the team in the field, ensuring the correct information is logged, that team members have full diaries that coordinate well for the most efficient use of time * Managing and planning routes for the team in the field * Managing cancellations and diary changes * Adding notes from assessments to the CRM * Taking calls and directing as necessary, taking messages and creating tasks where required * Providing customer support – answering questions regarding services offered by the business * Managing email enquiries * Various administration tasks Skills & experience required: * Strong communication skills both verbally and written * Experience with diary management is essential, live diaries would be ideal * Previous administration experience Salary, hours and company benefits: * £25,000 - £26,000 per annum based on experience * Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, fully office based in Brighton * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Casual dress code * Fantastic office environment * Regular team socials and drinks, snacks and cakes in the office Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
