Communications Coordinator
Location: OCU Leeds, Stourton & Yorkshire Water, Bradford | Full-time | Fixed term – 6 months
Yorkshire Water is seeking a proactive Communications Coordinator to help deliver clear, timely customer communications across major clean water projects.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to support Yorkshire Water with the planning, preparation and creation of external written customer communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is confident working with a variety of stakeholders.
You will play a key part in ensuring our customer communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs across multiple clean water contract partners.
About the Role
You'll be the go-to person for coordinating partner meetings, managing communication trackers, and ensuring customer letters and updates are accurate, on time, and aligned with project activity.
Key responsibilities
* Produce customer-focused written communications.
* Organise recurring meetings with clean water partners (M Group, SUS, United Infra, Galliford Try, OCU).
* Upload and update weekly whereabouts documents.
* Log, track, and escalate customer letter requests.
* Keep comms and engagement dashboards up to date.
