What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading real estate finance transactions, including development and investment funding.
* Acting for UK and international banks, alternative lenders, and institutional investors.
* Collaborating with teams across the UK and Europe to deliver cross-border solutions.
* Supporting junior lawyers and helping grow the team’s profile across the South.
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years’ PQE in real estate finance with a strong technical grounding.
* UK-qualified solicitor with experience in a well-regarded City, national, or international firm.
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to lead major transactions.
* A desire to do top-level work while helping grow a regional success story.
