Clinical Deputy Manager:

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
* Adult Nurse or RGN with NMC pin and clinical expertise.
* Focused on continuous development.
* Experience managing staff and standards.
* Skilled in dementia or end-of-life care.
* Proficient in care planning systems (ideally PCS).
