We pride ourselves on ensuring all of our decorating team have sufficient time on a project to deliver their best work. You don't have to be the quickest, do you do have to be the best.

Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Select appropriate materials and colours based on client preferences and project requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design choices.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
* Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in painting and decorating is preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job locations.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is an advantage.
