Finance Business Partner

This business partnering role will see you act as a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders in this leading Herefordshire manufacturer. The focus will be on providing timely, accurate and meaningful analysis that will be used to help guide commercial decision-making.
The Finance Business Partner will maintain forecasts for a number of cost centres and play an active role in helping budget-holders to determine their budgets. Building relationships with these colleagues and taking part in regular review meetings will form a central part of this role and requires an excellent communicator.
There will be month-end responsibilities in the position and you will look at ways to develop the company’s financial reporting, with the aim of improving margins. In addition, you will look at sales reporting and other KPIs, as well as identify areas for potential cost savings.
Candidate background
1. ACCA or CIMA-qualified or working towards qualification
2. Has successfully partnered with non-finance colleagues
3. Familiarity with SAP or a similar accounting system
4. Good IT literacy and proficient with Excel
5. A detailed, organised and enthusiastic individual
