Overview We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key human resources initiatives within our fast-paced consumer goods organization. This role is pivotal in driving people-related transformation projects that align with our business objectives, culture, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a deep understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects (e.g., talent management, HRIS implementation, performance management, DE&I programs, organizational restructuring). Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with HR strategy and business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, IT, and Operations) to ensure project success. Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources, escalating issues proactively to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HR leadership and business unit heads to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans. Serve as a bridge between HR and business teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Prepare and deliver progress reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership and governance forums. Change Management Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes or systems. Drive communication, engagement, and training activities to support cultural and behavioral shifts within the organization. Continuous Improvement Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights to improve HR processes and efficiency. Monitor HR metrics and data to assess the impact of initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in HR project management, ideally within a consumer goods, FMCG, or retail environment. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent HR projects end-to-end. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of core HR disciplines (talent management, L&D, HR systems, compensation, and employee engagement). Exceptional project management and organizational skills; PMP or PRINCE2 certification a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for HR data reporting. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed, and international environment.
