As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support children in EYFS and KS1 classrooms, assisting with learning activities and routines.
2. Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and promote engagement.
3. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Support children with varying needs, including those with additional learning requirements.
5. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best oues for pupils.

6. Previous experience working with children in EYFS and KS1 settings.
7. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
9. Patience, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
10. Amitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
