We are seeking a Project Manager - CCTV / ANPR / Smart Infrastructure to join their team in High Wycombe. This is a hands-on role, leading projects from design through to delivery, and requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Project Manager Role:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. You will work closely with engineers, clients, and suppliers to drive efficiency, maintain quality, and deliver outstanding results.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
* Create project plans, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress against targets.
* Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
* Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company quality standards.

What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
* Proven project management experience.
* Experience managing end-to-end delivery of ANPR, CCTV, or smart infrastructure projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
* PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent project management qualification.
* Technical knowledge of parking, security, or smart city systems.
