Key Responsibilities Provide targeted support to students, with a focus on behavioural needs. Promote a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Support teachers with behaviour management strategies in the classroom. Assist with the academic, social, and emotional development of students.The Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Able to work collaboratively as part of a school team.Essential Requirements Experience working with secondary school-aged students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Overseas police checks where applicable.
