A highly regarded firm with a strong commercial offering is looking to expand its Data Protection and Privacy team in Cheltenham. The firm advises a range of corporate clients on regulatory and compliance matters, with increasing demand in data protection.
This is a niche role offering exposure to specialist work within a supportive and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Advising on GDPR and data protection compliance
* Supporting clients with data breaches and regulatory issues
* Drafting policies and agreements
* Working with corporate and commercial teams
* Advising on risk and governance
Requirements
* Be a qualified Solicitor with relevant experience
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be interested in regulatory work
* Be commercially aware
