Employment Solicitor (NQ+)

A well-established and respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to lead and develop its Employment offering from the firm’s Doncaster office.
This is a unique opportunity for a confident and commercially minded employment lawyer who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the employment caseload. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s existing client base while helping to further develop and grow the employment law offering.
You will advise on a broad range of employment matters for both employers and employees, including:

* Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
\t
\t
* Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies, and procedures
\t
\t
* Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes
\t
\t
* Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements
\t
\t
* Providing practical HR and employment law advice to business clients
\t
This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor with strong employment experience or a more experienced solicitor who is confident managing their own matters and building relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will:

* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+) with experience in employment law
\t
\t
* Be confident managing their own caseload and working independently
\t
\t
* Have strong client care and communication skills
\t
\t
* Be commercially aware and interested in helping grow the firm’s employment offering
\t
\t
* Be proactive, organised, and able to build relationships with both new and existing clients
\t
