We’re recruiting an In-House Cover Supervisor to join a high-performing, Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in the WN6 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to develop classroom experience in a supportive, professional environment.
The role:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supervising students during lessons when teachers are absent
* Supporting the wider school community and learning culture
What we’re looking for:
* Confident, reliable and adaptable individuals
* Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A genuine passion for helping students achieve their best
