The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the business in maintaining strong regulatory standards and ensuring all internal processes meet FCA requirements.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility within a collaborative and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the firm in maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
2. Conducting file reviews to ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
3. Assisting with compliance monitoring activities and reporting
4. Maintaining compliance registers and logs (complaints, breaches, CPD, etc.)
5. Ensuring client documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready
6. Assisting with updates to policies, procedures, and compliance manuals
7. Supporting preparation for FCA audits or regulatory visits
8. Liaising with advisers to ensure regulatory requirements are met
9. Monitoring regulatory updates and assisting with the implementation of changes
10. General administrative duties to support compliance and governance functions
About You
11. Previous experience in an administrative role (financial services experience desirable but not essential)
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently
13. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
14. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
15. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
17. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
18. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently within a small professional team
19. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of compliance processes within a regulated environment
