Client-Facing Digital Role | Step Up from IT / MSP Support
We’re hiring for a Digital Services role in the South West that sits right at the intersection of technical support and client consulting.
This is a great move for someone currently in:
* 1st / 2nd line IT support
* MSP / managed services
* Multi-client technical support roles
…and looking to step into something more client-facing, varied, and commercially involved.
The role:
You’ll help businesses move onto cloud accounting systems (Xero & QuickBooks Online) — supporting migrations, onboarding, and live implementation work.
You don’t need accounting experience.
You do need strong systems thinking, communication skills, and the confidence to work directly with clients.
This is about:
* Moving out of internal ticket queues
* Working directly with clients
* Learning cloud accounting + digital transformation
* Building a pathway into consultative digital roles
Hybrid (South West – travel required)
£32–40k DOE
