Responsibilities
* Work with the head chef to create dishes that take seasonal ingredients and dietary limitations into account.
* Ensure that items are prepared and cooked to order and meet our high presentation and flavour standards.
* Keep track of food inventory and stock, ensuring that ingredients are appropriately stocked and stored.
* Maintain a clean and well-organised kitchen while following all health and safety laws.
* Work with the kitchen workers to ensure efficient and effective service. Assist other chefs when needed.
* Assist with the development of new recipes and dishes for our menu.
