Role Overview
We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated individual to join our vibrant Inclusion department. As part of our close‑knit, supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our diverse student community and play a key role in shaping student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Work within our thoughtfully structured pastoral system to know students personally, adapting and tailoring provision to ensure each one makes meaningful progress academically and enjoys outstanding wellbeing support.
• Deliver and continuously improve inclusive support practices to provide greater care for our students.
