Job Opportunity: Administrator/Receptionist

We are offering a fixed-term position for 12 months within our Organisational Business Support division at the Bury Training and Safety Centre. This role involves providing reception and administrative support to visitors, clients, colleagues, and local schools, utilizing corporate databases and Microsoft Outlook.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Covering reception duties
2. Data analysis and process optimization
3. Enhancing administrative services and functionality

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational abilities to manage a substantial workload effectively.


About you

We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and a keen eye for detail. The ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate positively with stakeholders is essential.
