We are looking for experienced IT Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 laptop refresh project onsite in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
* Deploy and configure new Windows 11 laptops
* Provide basic user support during device handovers
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment
* Assist users with setup, login, and connectivity issues
* Support the onsite Project Manager with rollout activities
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience in IT deployment, deskside, or refresh projects
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
* Active SC Clearance is mandatory
Additional Information:
* Full onsite role based in Bristol
* Immediate/start ASAP preferred
