We have an opportunity for a Support Auditor to join our Quality Assurance team to work collaboratively across a range of service areas.
The role
Our Quality Assurance ensure team exist to ensure that providers of supported accommodation are meeting the required standards in line with compliance, service regulations and policies & procedures, when delivering and recording support.
As our Support Auditor, you will support and challenge service providers to ensure high quality services are delivered consistently in accordance with contractual requirements, accommodation is provided alongside care, and you will support or supervise to help people live as independently as possible.
The role will involve field-based working with a range of different providers to ensure that required standards are met by providing detailed feedback and training when required.
