Responsibilities:
* Conduct patient evaluations with patients and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients recover and return to a pain free life!
* Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients
* Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are being met
* Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
* Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients
* Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications:
* A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment
* Strong clinical skills
