Salary:£14.30£15.32 per hour (DOE)
Hours:37.5 per week

The Role
* Contribute to assessment, planning and delivery of person-centred care under the supervision of registered professionals.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team like therapists, nurses, psychologists, speech and language therapists etc
* Communicate changes in service users health and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
* Promote dignity, choice and involvement for service users and families.
* Ensuring the safe and smooth running of the facility
About You
* Level 5 Foundation Degree (Assistant Practitioner Healthcare).
* Experience in healthcare; clinical or specialist settings desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work calmly and compassionately, including with people in distress.
