Salary: £38,145 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Rennie House, Tring

Role Overview
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will join the senior marketing team and lead brand marketing activities to support the charity’s strategic priorities. You will manage the brand marketing team, develop key stakeholder relationships, promote the Rennie Grove Peace brand, and oversee content and budget management.
Responsibilities
* Lead the brand marketing team and oversee all brand marketing activity across patient services, income generation, volunteering, and operational support.
* Own stakeholder relationships with the fundraising department, taking briefs, agreeing objectives, and overseeing campaign delivery and evaluation.
* Promote and protect the Rennie Grove Peace brand and perceptions in local communities, ensuring better understanding of hospice care.
* Set direction for brand content (case studies, evergreen content) delivered by the team.
* Line‑manage and mentor two brand marketing managers and the Content Editor.
* Oversee expert and agency collaboration for functions such as publication and PR.
* Maintain oversight of all brand‑team budgets and own the content section of the overall marketing budget, scrutinising spending for efficiency.
Requirements
* Full, current valid UK driving licence.
* Access to a vehicle for work purposes.
* Car insurance, including business cover.
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
* Experience leading marketing teams and managing budgets.
* Strong stakeholder and stakeholder‑management skills.
