You’ll be working for a major housing contractor across the Leicester area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is a company where your skills as a Plumber Multi Trade will be valued, with steady work and support from an experienced team.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Wet Room Fitter, Maintenance Plumber, Multi Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter or in a similar construction or social housing role.
As the Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:
1. Plumbing repairs and maintenance
2. Fitting and replacing water pumps
3. Installing and altering pipework
4. Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations
5. Bathroom and wet room fitting
6. Tiling and patch plastering
7. Flooring installation and repairs
8. General multi trade maintenance and snagging works
9. Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
10. Delivering high standards of customer service on every job
The successful Plumber Multi Trade will:
11. Have their own tools
12. Have their own suitable transport
13. Hold a valid Green CSCS card
14. Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi Trade within social housing
15. Be confident completing multi trade repairs independently
In return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive:
16. £23 per hour
17. Fuel allowance provided
18. Weekly pay available via CIS or PAYE
19. Long-term ongoing work
20. Potential for permanent employment if desired
21. Essential training provided
22. ASAP start available
