Key Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase and sales invoices.
* Managing accounts payable and receivable.
* Credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end procedures.
* Maintaining accurate financial records.
* Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties.
* Handling supplier queries and building strong working relationships.
Key skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
