£50,000 per annum plus service charge
Working 48 hours per week
Relocation support with short-term live-in accommodation available if required

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Overseeing all aspects of the hotels culinary offering, from restaurant service to banqueting and afternoon tea
Leading, training and motivating a brigade of 8 chefs to consistently deliver high standards
Menu planning and development, working with local, seasonal produce to reflect the hotels setting
Managing kitchen costs, GP and stock control while maintaining uncompromised quality
Collaborating with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the hotels reputation for excellence
