Location: A&P Tyne Fabrication
Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Pay: Blended hourly rate of £29.03ph for 36 hours £1045 for a weekend of work
We’re launching a new weekend shift pattern on a temporary basis (approx. 8 weeks) – and places are limited! This is your chance to make a real impact on a project of national significance while working alongside industry experts.

What You’ll Do
* Perform high‑quality welding on critical projects
* Interpret fabrication drawings and weld procedures
* Ensure compliance with weld inspection standards
* Maintain validated welding equipment and consumables
* Support training for apprentices and new team members
What We’re Looking For
* Time‑served through a recognised apprenticeship
* Skilled in reading engineering drawings and maintaining trade competency
* BS EN ISO 9606 qualification (Carbon steel, FM1/FM2, Gas M26) and we’ll need you to provide your in‑date coding certificates for FCAW (136) coverage – full positional butt and fillet welds
