Restaurant Supervisor
Full- time (Mix of waiter and supervisor shift)

Your duties will be:
* Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Provide supervision and guidance to the restaurant team.
* Effectively handle customer complaints and issues.
* Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure the seamless operation of shifts.
* Ability to manage a shift independently during quiet periods.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff during their shifts.
* Monitor employee performance and offer constructive feedback.
* Keep the staff informed about menu changes, promotions, and policies.
* Enforce adherence to restaurant policies, including dress code and conduct.
* Enforce liquor licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
* Foster open and effective communication with restaurant management, staff, and suppliers.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize order flow and minimize wait times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisor role in a similar restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
