Job Title: Site and Facilities Associate Location: Barrow-in-Furness. On-Site Salary: £29,667 depending on experience What you’ll be doing: Assisting project engineers with project plans Assisting in spends and forecasting documentation Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms with some meeting attendance and undertaking meeting minutes Arranging Security for external site visits and contractors working on site Producing and maintaining department documentation Acting as a liaison between different project stakeholders Your skills and experiences: Good IT & MS Office skills / experience Communication & collaborations skills Organizational skills Experience within office an office environment (such as office administrator, office manager etc .) The Site & Facilities team: Joining the wider major project team, you will be assisting and supporting the team in Operations, Fabrication & Manufacturing, supporting project delivery for ongoing Boat programmes.
