They have 14 schools up and down the country and they are looking for an Interim Deputy Head Teacher to support at one of their schools in Croydon. This is an interim role with a contract in place until April 2026. There is plenty of career progression and growth possibilities as the company keeps expanding, they have a well-established senior leadership team, 3 senior managers in education, there is plenty of support from a network of OTs and SaLTs. Schools are very open and friendly, there is a vibrant atmosphere, fully staffed, it is a great place to be. Responsibilities As an Interim Deputy Head Teacher you will support the senior leadership team, someone with strong leadership within SEN, SEMH is required. As part of the role you will be supporting the Headteacher, implementing school policies, and leading the senior management team to ensure high standards of education, especially in curriculum and teaching quality for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and SEMH.
