Sales Manager – Lead a High-Performing Telesales Team

Known for our market-leading revenue, profitability, and reputation for excellence, we’re now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take over an existing, established outbound telesales team.
This is not an entry-level management opportunity - it’s a chance for a proven, hands-on leader to step into a well-established, fast-paced sales environment and make an immediate impact.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a team of 10–15 Account Managers. Your goal: drive sales, uphold standards, and inspire your team to succeed.
You’ll be expected to:
* Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to consistently exceed targets
* Manage lead allocation and ensure effective follow-up of all client enquiries
* Monitor individual and team KPIs, addressing underperformance as required
* Conduct daily briefings, product updates, and regular 1:1s
* Support ongoing training and development programmes
* Identify new strategies to improve conversion rates and overall efficiency
* Report on team performance and sales trends to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a telesales management role
* A motivational and data-driven leader with a passion for sales
* Excellent people management and coaching skills
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Resilience, positivity, and the ability to handle a target driven environment
