Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Who you Will be Supporting and more about the Role Working closely with Service Leader and the Support Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults living the community to live best lives possible. This will be by providing person-centred support to help them live as independently as possible. This may include helping with personal care, medication administration, financial support, attending community groups, preparing meals and attending social activities. Our Shifts Staff would be required to work a variety of shifts as we provide support 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday. All staff would be required to work some weekends. Contract (permanent)Week 1:
Saturday 3pm-8.30pm
Sunday – 8am-8.30pm
Week 2:
Saturday 8.30am-3pm (potentially 9pm)
Sunday 9-4

What you will be doing You will be supporting our people consisting of individual tenancies, whee they all live independently with support from staff. The Service has two stories 12 flats in total. The people that we support enjoy visiting each other homes from time to time. They like to take part in different activities from swimming, going to the cinema, eating out, having BBQ's and attending the local T-Club. We are looking for people that are fun, caring and confident. We like our support staff to be organised as this helps the people we support feel safe. We like staff who listen and encourage the people we support to try new things. Previous experience is not necessarily essential.About you:
