Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Orthopedics role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other general office duties as assigned. The PSR also collects, verifies, enters, and monitors patient data while complying with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Experience in a medical office preferred.
