We are now seeking a Collections Executive to join their growing team. The Role As a Collections Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers get their accounts back on track. Your responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to customers in arrears, aiming for a one-call resolution Handling inbound calls regarding overdue accounts and general customer queries Taking payments over the telephone securely and efficiently Issuing copy invoices, statements, and other relevant paperwork as needed What they are looking for Ideally educated to graduate level (though not essential) Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in every interaction Previous experience in collections or customer service is desirable but not essential – training will be provided Rewards & Benefits Competitive salary with company bonus – on average £200 per month (but can range from £50–£600 depending on performance and business volumes!)
