We are seeking a self‑motivated individual with secretarial and administration experience for the AAA Secretarial role within the Vascular Department/Anurysm Screening at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.
Key Details
* Band 3
* Full‑time, 37 hours per week.
* Location: Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the vascular team.
* Manage written and electronic correspondence.
* Prepare and maintain records, schedules and minutes.
* Use Microsoft Word and Excel accurately and efficiently.
* Work effectively under pressure and support other secretarial tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in secretarial administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Previous NHS experience desirable but not essential.
